Founder & CEO, Bliss Hideaway, Phuket Thailand

A Phuket native with international perspectives, Nok has studied and worked in Singapore, London, Shanghai and San Francisco in the past 20 years. She has over a decade of experience in the Real Estate sector with numerous investments and projects in the United States. Her investment portfolio includes residential homes in San Francisco, Dallas, and Memphis as well as a 174-unit apartment complex in Atlanta. Since moving back to Thailand in 2021, Nok has taken over her family businesses and managed multiple properties including an oceanfront 5-bedroom pool villa, a  private sea port, and several commercial properties in Phuket.

Nok started her career in Private Equity Fund with Lombard Investment, working on the first and largest Thailand Equity Fund at that time.  She later switched to Consulting with a Singaporean firm focused on negotiation and relationship management consulting. After completing her MBA, Nok joined McKinsey & Company as a Management Consultant serving Fortune Global 500 clients and ASEAN market leaders.

After leaving the corporate world, Nok has pursued her entrepreneurial route in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her business ventures include a U.S. based e-commerce platform, parenting & family education hub and real estate investments. Most recently, she opened Cafe Delight, a new brunch café in Phuket Old Town.

In addition to business ventures, Nok has been active in the local community by serving as the Managing Director of Kusoldharm Foundation (one of the largest foundations in Phuket).

Nok holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and she graduated with first class-honor from the International Business Program (BBA), Chulalongkorn University.

Bo Leung

Co-Founder & Partner, Bliss Hideaway, Phuket Thailand

Bo is a founding partner of Bliss Hideaway. Born and raised from Los Angeles, California, he is a seasoned Corporate Finance professional with nearly 20 years of experience. Most recently, he was the Group Vice President of Finance at Ross Stores (Fortune 500 retailer with over 2,000 locations, $20 Billion USD revenue, and a market capitalization of $48 Billion USD) leading the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Treasury functions. During his tenure, he oversaw the company’s growth from 1,000 stores and $7 Billion USD of revenue to over 1,800 stores and $18 Billion USD of revenue. Most notably, he led company thru a $2 Billion USD public bond issuance during the COVID-19 pandemic ensuring the company had the necessary liquidity to fund and continue its operations.

Prior to Ross Stores, Bo worked in a number of industries including Technology and has significant experience designing and implementing software solutions in the Financial Management, Accounting, and Workforce Management sectors. He began his career in Investment Banking and Private Equity where he executed a variety of transactions including leveraged buyouts, debt financings, and corporate restructurings.

From a real estate perspective, Bo has partnered with his wife Nok to invest and oversee numerous properties in several states across America. Since moving to Phuket, he has developed and launched Café Delight, a popular brunch concept café in Phuket Old Town.

Bo holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
